The Turkish Cultural Foundation (TCF) is again sponsoring the participation of Turkish artists at the Sculpture Objects and Functional Art (SOFA) fairs in New York and Chicago.  In the past five years, 25 artists from Turkey have attended the fair. (SOFA Chicago 2007, SOFA Chicago & NY 2008, SOFA Chicago 2009, SOFA NY 2009, SOFA Chicago & NY 2010, SOFA Chicago & NY 2011).

SOFA is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading fairs of contemporary arts and designs and visited by tens of thousands of prospective buyers, gallery and museum representatives.

The Turkish Cultural Foundation invites Turkish artists to submit their applications for selection to participate in the SOFA 2012 fairs. Selected artists must be prepared to participate in the SOFA New York show on April 20 – 23, 2012 or at the SOFA Chicago on November 1 - 4, 2012.

The Turkish Cultural Foundation's showcase of Turkish art at SOFA reflects the Foundation's mission to expand international opportunities for Turkish artists, as well as promote Turkish modern art.
