The Turkish Cultural Foundation has awarded 3 fellowships under its 2017 Cultural Exchange Fellowship Program. The TCF Cultural Exchange Fellowship Program was launched in 2012 to encourage cultural and artistic exchanges between Turkey and the world by supporting artists and art/culture professionals. The Fellowship has been awarded to 112 individuals from Turkey and all over the world to date.
Umut Adan(Turkey), a musician, recorded an album at the renowned Toe-Rag Studios in London, England beginning in February 2017. He is the first artist from Turkey invited to record materials at Toe-Rag Studios. He worked with Grammy Award winning producer Liam Watson, who produced The White Stripe's Elephant album, which contains the well-known song “Seven Nation Army.â€
Dicle Dogan (Turkey) a dance artist, will participate in the Escola-Estudio Raizvanguarda Artist in Residency Program in Broeiro, Gois, Portugal for June 2017.
