December 3-4, 2016
|
|
Ayvalık is one of the largest olive oil producing regions of Turkey. The region grows delicious and high quality olives due to its geographical location, mild climate, and high temperature gaps in the winter. The story of olives throughout history can be seen everywhere in Ayvalık. Led by Nedim Atillan, the tour will highlight this history and sample the region's cuisine.
